Teaching in the 21st Century Conference (T21CON) is a hands-on, engaging learning opportunity designed for current and aspiring educators to gain an edge in using technology in the classroom. The effective integration of educational technologies has become increasingly important for today’s learners. T21CON connects attendees with resources, strategies, and a network of experts to support their careers in education.
This year's keynote is Dr. Nicol R. Howard, associate professor and associate dean of academic affairs in the School of Education at the University of Redlands.
WHY ATTEND T21CON
T21CON is a free professional development opportunity designed to provide skills and knowledge on the use of educational technology to current and aspiring educators. T21CON's primary audiences include Illinois State education majors, alumni working in education, and educators across Central Illinois.
Attendees can receive 4 hours of professional development credit through ROE 17. Full participation is required as partial credit will not be issued. A link will be provided at the end of the conference for you to request PD credit and provide your IEIN. The fee is $10 paid to ROE 17 to receive credit.
