Tutoring at the Borg Center for Reading and Literacy is designed to support learners who experience difficulty with reading, spelling, and/or writing. Our tutors conduct assessments and design individualized instructional plans for each tutoring session. We provide direct instruction on literacy skills with plenty of time in each session to apply new skills in authentic reading and writing contexts using materials connected to relevant grade level curriculum.
Our Spring program will run for 12 weeks beginning on January 23, 2023 and ending on April 20, 2023 (with a break the week of March 13-16 due to ISU Spring break). Tutors will meet with students once weekly for a total of 12 sessions.
The cost to participate in our Spring tutoring program is $240.00. You can register for the program by clicking on the button below.
