The course of study requires satisfactory completion of the core courses and three elective hours. Completion of both TCH 449 and TCH 454, with one of the courses serving as the elective, is recommended. Since the endorsement is now a PK-12 endorsement, having both TCH 449 and TCH 454 will help prepare you for the entire PK-12 spectrum.
Core Courses: TCH 414, TCH 416, TCH 440, TCH 442, TCH 444, TCH 445, and TCH 449 or TCH 454.
TCH 414: Introduction to School Librarianship should be taken by all students during their first semester. Other core courses do not need to be completed in any particular order.
