Biography

Woongsik Choi (최웅식) is an Assistant Professor in the School of Teaching and Learning at Illinois State University. He was formerly an English language teacher in South Korea. He currently teaches courses in ESL and Bilingual Education. His research interests include translanguaging, multilingual pedagogies, technology-enhanced language teaching and learning, and critical teacher education in K-12 ESL/EFL and Bilingual Education.
