Financial and Payment Inquiries
-
For questions related to W-9 forms, ACH payments, 1099 forms, or the status of a payment, contact the Comptroller’s Business Office at Illinois State University.
NBCT Payment Timeline
National Board Certified Teachers (NBCTs) eligible for the $3,000 and $4,000 incentive payments for FY26 were notified in April, and all required documentation was due at that time. These eligibility windows are now closed for FY26.
Please note that eligibility does not guarantee payment. The final payment is contingent upon the submission of complete and accurate documentation by the stated deadlines and the availability of grant funding.
NBCTs who meet all requirements will be notified via email by June 15, 2026, once grant funding is confirmed and final approvals are completed. All approved payments will be issued no later than June 30, 2026.
For the mentoring incentive, all hours were due by May 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM, and any late submissions will not be accepted. If you submitted mentoring hours, all required documentation must be completed by May 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM, regardless of any previously communicated deadlines.
As the Center transitions to ISBE, adjusted deadlines have been established to ensure timely payment processing.
